Birth Photography
Birth photography is designed to document the real moments of labour, delivery, and the first hours following your baby’s arrival. The focus is on capturing the experience as it unfolds — the environment, the support around you, and the connection between you and your baby — in a respectful and unobtrusive way.
Birth photography is not time-based. Coverage begins once active labour is established and continues through delivery and the immediate postpartum period. Due to the unpredictable nature of birth, flexibility is built into the service to ensure the most important moments are documented without time constraints.

This service includes:
- pre-birth meeting to discuss your preferences, vision, and important details
- on-call availability within a defined window (typically 38–42 weeks)
- travel to your chosen birth location (hospital, home, or birth centre) within our service area
- coverage of active labour, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period (approximately 1–2 hours after birth)
- professionally edited digital gallery of 75–150 high-quality images
- private online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing — includes personal printing rights
- documentation of partner/family support, key moments, and environment details
- a mix of colour and black & white images
