Newborn Photography Package – Terms & Policies This package includes 12 newborn photography sessions at a discounted package rate. The full package price is due at the time of purchase. Booking Sessions It is the client’s responsibility to schedule each session. Sessions are not automatically scheduled and must be booked individually through our booking system. All sessions are subject to availability at the time of booking. Package Expiry This package is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Any sessions not used within one year will expire and will not be refunded or carried forward. Package Use This package may be purchased more than once for separate children (for example, for a future baby). However, this package may not be used more than once for the same child. Service Area All sessions must take place within our service area. Please review our service area map prior to booking. Sessions booked outside of our service area without written approval may be cancelled without refund. Rescheduling & Policies All sessions booked under this package are subject to the standard Photography Session Policies available on our website, including rescheduling, cancellation, and weather policies. Refunds & Transfers This package is non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions included in this package cannot be transferred to another person. Agreement By purchasing this package, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms, as well as the general policies listed on our website.
